Using ADA guidelines, our company evaluates existing residential homes and building sites as well as design documents which provides recommendations to ensure that clients projects are in compliance with applicable codes.

Plan/Code Review

We will perform in a timely manner an in-depth and accurate review of clients plans, to make sure of compliance with applicable accessibility codes.  If there is not a plan, we will sit and draw one up together. Our 20 years of experience includes all occupancy classifications.  We make sure there is no deficiencies an we provide graphic solutions.

 

Design and Consultation

We can develop drawings for your project as well as construction documents depending on your requirements.  We are a resource for architects and building owners for design assistance in incorporating accessible elements into a project.

Site Assessment

One our trained professional will tour your residence or facility to discuss your concerns.  A comprehensive report is prepared which summarizes the site visit.  It will also include design solutions in form of plans that will specify and address all of the issues discovered during the site visit.

  • We provide caregiving home essentials. We have come up with a checklist to help caregivers keep up with services or equipment that might be needed for the person they are caring for.
