Only 5 Weeks Left Until the Detroit Walk to Defeat ALS!

Only 5 Weeks Left Until the Detroit Walk to Defeat ALS. The countdown is on — there are only 5 more weeks left until the Detroit Walk to Defeat ALS! This incredible community event brings together families, caregivers, and supporters to raise awareness and vital funds for ALS research and care services.

As proud sponsors, BFA, LLC – Contractor & Disability Consultant is honored to support the ALS Association and the families they serve. Our mission aligns closely with theirs: helping individuals maintain independence, safety, and dignity at home.

What to Expect on Event Day

The Detroit Walk to Defeat ALS is more than a fundraiser — it’s a powerful day of connection and hope. Participants will gather to walk in support of loved ones living with ALS, celebrate the strength of families, and honor those we’ve lost.

BFA, LLC will be at Vendor Village, where our table and tent will be available as a resource for ALS families. We look forward to answering questions, providing guidance on accessible home modifications, and sharing how our services can make life easier for those navigating mobility challenges.

Our Commitment to ALS Families

Living with ALS presents unique challenges at home. Our team specializes in:

  • Handicap Accessible Showers & ADA Roll In Showers

  • Barrier-Free Remodeling for bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces

  • Handicap Ramp Installation & Wheelchair Ramps

  • Disability Lifts for Homes and Stair Lifts in Michigan

  • Senior Home Solutions & Age in Place Remodeling

By providing accessible home modifications, we hope to ease daily living and help families focus on what truly matters — quality time together.
