Every client’s needs are different. We assess mobility, transfer method, caregiver support, safety risks, and the home’s layout to design a custom roll-in shower, seating, grab bar placement, and clearances that fit the person using the space.

Is residential remodeling required to follow ADA rules?

Residential projects are typically governed by local building codes, not full ADA requirements. However, we apply accessibility best practices and safety clearances when designing barrier-free remodeling for seniors and people with disabilities.

How much does it cost to remodel a bathroom to be handicap accessible?

Costs vary based on the existing layout, the accessibility needs, and the finishes selected. We provide a detailed, custom estimate after an on-site evaluation so the design fits the client’s needs and the home’s conditions.

Do you work with insurance adjusters and case managers?

Yes. We can provide estimates, documentation, and progress photos for insurance adjusters and case managers. Coordination and approvals are handled by the case manager/insurance team per the client’s process.

The Wet Room, Farmington Hills

Wet rooms are waterproof bathrooms where there are no shower trays to step into or and obstacles can be kept to a minimum. Having everything ‘level-access’ and immediately accessible is the ultimate in hassle-free bathing. Wheelchair users won’t have to worry about getting in and out of a shower or bath. Simply wheel a bathing chair to the desired position, have a wash, get dried and get on with the rest of your day!
